founder, owner

Carol is an experienced art consultant known for her refined eye, collaborative approach, and deep understanding of how art enhances a space. As the founder of Romanoff Elements, she works closely with private clients, designers, and businesses to integrate thoughtfully selected art and design elements that reflect individual taste, purpose, and style.

Her passion for art began early, leading her to study at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Cornell University, and Parsons School of Design, where she deepened her expertise across disciplines. She started her career as a woven textile designer in men’s fashion, honing her skills in color, composition, and material. Just as importantly, she developed a client-centered approach—listening, collaborating, and guiding creative decisions to achieve both aesthetic and strategic goals. This philosophy continues to shape her work today.
